Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns, just exchanges. Our exchange policy lasts up to 10 days upon delivery. After the 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and including the original packaging. For us to be able to process your return, we require your order number.
Once the returned item has been received and it has met the previous stated conditions, you will be contacted for you to either make another order or have the value of the returned item set up as a credit account at our store.
If the item does not meet the previous stated conditions, we reserve the right to deny your request for an exchange. If the exchange is not accepted the order will be reshipped to you, at an additional shipping cost, which will be charged to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged; we do not offer exchanges on sale items.
Defective or damages items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to [email protected], our team will contact you for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received the faulty item, we will proceed with the exchange depending on the situation. If our team has agreed to replace your item, we will ship the new item; you will be charged additional freight costs for the shipping of the exchanged item. If another agreement was made our team will establish the terms and conditions.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Calzada del Valle 125 - local 4, Monterrey Nuevo León MX 66220. You must consider your current location for the time your product may take to reach us. We are not responsible for the return shipping of your product; therefore we encourage you to take all necessary precautions when shipping your item. We recommend using a traceable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance if the items you are returning are over $75 USD. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
